Tom and Chunga are back from their holiday break!
As they get 2023 underway, Chunga has been noticing that there's been a lot of talk in the media about cybersecurity and related issues that will be facing all of us in 2023. One of the articles Chunga read was focused on VPN's.
Tom says that he and Chunga haven't nearly enough time talking about VPN's. One of the things Tom finds most interesting is how many people use a VPN everyday without even knowing it, or understanding what it does. Come to think of it, Chunga may not truly understand why VPN's are so important.
Consumer Reports is saying that VPN's may be creating a false sense of security and some of them may actually make you less safe! In this episode of The Hacks, Tom and Chunga debunk some of the more common myths about VPN's and give you some key things to watch out for, as well!
